Reporting and Membership Engagement Coordinator As the Reporting and Membership Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing high-quality reports for our Board, members, funders, and stakeholders, including the Department of Health Victoria. Collaborating closely with the Chief Operating & Financial Officer and the broader leadership team, you will ensure that reporting processes are seamless and meet the needs of diverse audiences.
This role also involves supporting the design and management of internal reporting systems and advancing member engagement initiatives. Your efforts will help ensure the VCCC Alliance's activities align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities Include:
Reporting and Membership Engagement
Prepare accurate and impactful reports for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate quarterly program progress updates, grant acquittals, and KPI reporting. Develop and refine streamlined reporting systems and tools. Create communication materials and presentations to support program reporting. Support the implementation of member engagement strategies. Assist with organizing the bi-annual Members Forum and related activities. Relationship Management
Work closely with program staff, Leadership Team, and external stakeholders. Strengthen collaborative relationships across member organisations and key partners. Ensure efficient communication and alignment of reporting requirements. About You
You will have experience developing high-quality reports and managing reporting systems in complex environments with proven relationship-building experience. You will:
Have proven experience in implementing and refining reporting systems. Have demonstrated the ability to draft high-quality, accurate reports for multiple audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data collection and synthesis. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Asana, and/or Power BI. Background in clinical/health sciences, grant reporting, or member-based organisations (desirable). Tertiary degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as health science, editing, communications, management, or related field, or equivalent work experience in a program/project management environment or grant reporting and administration.
