About the Role
As the People Services Advisor – HR Tech & Analytics SME , you will provide administration support to the end-to-end employee lifecycle , triaging requests to our HR Inbox, providing first line advice on people policies, systems and processes, and creating an impactful and positive employee experience for our people. With a focus on HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR technology and analytics, supporting key platforms such as Reward Gateway, Culture Amp, and JobAdder, while also supporting the implementation of HR systems.
Your strong HR administration experience, combined with a keen interest and experience in blending technical expertise with data insights along with your experience collating, and analysing data and using it to tell a meaningful story with actionable insights will be key to helping to influence People initiatives.
Responsibilities Support end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Provide advice to stakeholders by triaging and responding to HR policy, process and systems enquiries. Deliver HR analytics, using Excel and data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau to generate actionable insights. Administer and champion HR systems (front-end and back-end), including troubleshooting and improving processes. Act as the system administrator for platforms like Reward Gateway, Culture Amp, and JobAdder. Implement and maintain HR technology solutions, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement. You are a motivated and technically capable HR professional with:
Experience supporting end-to-end HR administration processes. Strong expertise in HR technology administration and exposure to implementing HR technology. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau. A passion for continuous improvement with a "1% better every day" mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to advise stakeholders on HR systems and policies. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
