Key responsibilities for this role: As a Financial Accountant, you will take ownership of both management and financial accounting functions. This includes leading reporting activities, collaborating with various departments, and engaging in key projects like an ERP system replacement. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across the business.
Other aspects of this role include: Team and Functional Reporting Regional Finance Support Forecasting and Budgeting Financial Reporting and Journals Balance Sheet Management To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). Proven experience in management and financial accounting roles. Familiarity with reporting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. Proficiency in accounting systems and tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Adaptability to handle dynamic project demands and prioritize effectively.
