The Role
Our site is a fully operational mine and hydrometallurgical processing facility which offers a unique environment in which to work.
Whilst you will be assigned to work within one process area, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of our plant encompassing Ore Leach, Utilities and Refinery.
In this role you will work an 8/6 roster, predominately on days and occasional additional coverage across other areas of site.
You will be responsible for:
Directing and supervising the activities of a team of Electrical Instrument Technicians Assessing training requirements and measuring team performance Ensuring targets are achieved in an efficient and safe manner Developing ongoing working relationships with other production and maintenance personnel Reporting to the Electrical Maintenance Superintendent Ensuring site safety protocols and standards are applied across all work undertaken About You
This role would suit a self-motivated, competent electrician/instrument technician.
You will also have:
Proven experience supervising and coordinating E/I maintenance teams A Western Australian 'A' Grade Electrical Licence (preferred) Process plant, power generation or utilities industry experience Exposure to maintenance management software HV switching certificate (preferred) Gas Authorisation Holder (preferred) What We Offer
