Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Engineering)NES Fircroft are proud to be partnering with a leading Global Energy organisation in supporting their renewable energy projects.
With a large scale hydrogen project going into the next stage of construction, we are looking to add electrical engineering resources to this innovative project.This role as an Electrical Engineer will initially be on a 6 – 8 month contract basis with a strong possibility of extension, based within the Perth CBD Office.
This role focuses on the design, documentation, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems of a gas turbine generation station across all voltages (from 11.5kV to 275kV).
The successful candidate must be extensively experienced across voltages with expertise in electrical design, ideally from a power plant or renewable energy background.
A strong understanding of relevant engineering standards and regulations is essential.
The role works closely with a multi-discipline project team and varied stakeholders; as such, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure the project is kept to schedule at its high standards.In return for your experience, you will be offered a very competitive hourly rate on all hours worked alongside the opportunity to be part of an industry-leading project team within one of the most exciting energy companies globally.
