Responsibilities:Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships within assigned territory of partners.Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies for mutual success.Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services.Engage face to face at all levels in Partner – exec, sales, pre-sales, marketing and build out key contact map.Drive and participate in regular scheduled Vendor Desk/Days and leverage Lenovo specialists as required.Sales and Revenue Generation:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Work closely with partners to identify new sales opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and close deals.Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Engage internally at Lenovo with relevant segment sales teams to drive partner sales.Product and Market Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the PC and infrastructure products or services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings.Educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and positioning to enable effective selling.Stay up-to-date on market conditions and provide insights to the company's leadership team.Assist in the development and execution of channel partner programs, incentives, and promotions.Ensure partners are compliant with the company's policies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.Collaborate with marketing teams to provide partners with marketing materials and resources.Forecasting and Reporting:Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics.Monitor and report on partner performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly with assigned partners.Ensure D365 CRM is accurate with all opportunities forecasted correctly – values, product, close dates and stage in sales cycle.If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please ******.
