We're looking for an onDemand Executive Assistant to provide backup support to our Executive Assistants (EAs) for multiple partners within our vast community of solvers.Use the know-how you've gained in Google and MS Office suites.
With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow.

You'll learn plenty as you provide exceptional client relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.Day to day, you'll solve problems by building strong relationships with Executive Assistants (EAs) and Partners across the firm.
Build strong relationships with broader functions teams within the FirmHarness your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses and timesheets when requiredProactively plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflictsPrepare and revise documents including presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our firm's brandSkills For SuccessThe ability to quickly adapt to new technologyThe ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a teamExtremely organized and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environmentAbility to build effective relationships and play an integral role in the wider EA communityEmbrace and promote change in line with our vision and strategyPride in your work, consistently delivering high quality outcomes, and accountable for actionsProactive, able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines, and to think ahead on requestsKnowledge and use of Salesforce, Google and MS Office suites preferredIt's time to move forward.
