Onboarding Support Specialist

12 month contract with view to extend ServiceNow, JIRA, ability to work with a range of stakeholders Global Financial Services Company Company Overview Leading Insurance company looking to hire an Onboarding Specialist to support acquisition of new business customer data and profiles.
The organization is rapidly growing across product verticals.
Key Responsibilities Lead the User Onboarding Team, ensuring seamless user lifecycle management.
Manage access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning for users in the portal, following approval procedures.
Manage and maintain the Onboarding ServiceNow queue, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Introduce and implement best practices for access management and provide training for the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure that all access management documentation is accurate, current, and in compliance with organizational policies Skills & Experience Strong experience in user access management Hands-on experience with user provisioning tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow.
In-depth knowledge of access management policies and best practices.
Proficiency in compliance and preparing detailed reports.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for coordination with internal and external teams.
