Allinto is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Officer to be the crucial point of contact for prospective clients, their families, and representatives.
In this role, you will manage the client onboarding journey from pre-engagement to service delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

About the role This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday), fully remote and based in Greater Sydney.
With significant growth driving our expansion, we're looking to support a high volume of clients transitioning to Allinto.
Your initial focus will be on ensuring a seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients, working collaboratively with them and our Support Coordinators to make their experience with us positive and supportive.
Once the initial transition phase is complete, you'll oversee ongoing onboarding activities and manage client support needs.
Key Responsibilities Efficiently onboard new clients and ensure service agreements are completed Act as a primary point of contact, resolving issues and supporting clients and Support Coordinators throughout the transition process Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case files Administer daily onboarding tasks and ongoing client activities Collaborate with the Regional Lead team and provide general support Assist with administrative tasks related to the support coordination function Contribute to the development of work methods and undertake simple projects Proactively engage in team meetings and maintain a solutions-focused approach Your Workspace: A dedicated home office that ensures privacy and minimises interruptions is essential to uphold confidentiality and deliver the highest quality service.
Skills & Experience: Experience working in the disability sector or within the NDIS framework (desirable) At least two years of proven administrative experience, ideally in the NDIS or Community Services sector Demonstrated ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage your own workload or caseload Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in English, with strong communication skills via telephone and email Experience and understanding of how to communicate sensitively and effectively with vulnerable individuals Requirements The successful candidate will have or be willing to obtain A valid Driver's Licence Working with Children Check (WWCC) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate CPR and First Aid certificate Benefits for you: Supportive Training and Learning Environment: Benefit from on-the-job training and a buddy program to help you develop your skills and confidence in the role.
