Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for our Rockhampton office - working Monday to Friday.
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to): Facilitating the onboarding process for all new hiresPreparing and issuing contracts, policies, and onboarding documentsCoordinating uniform ordersSetting up new employees in company systemsArranging Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and any required additional trainingManaging and updating employee recordsHandling daily administrative tasksPreparing weekly reports for the General ManagerTo be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate: Training, Administration and Onboarding ExperienceDrivers LicenceCertificate III in Business (desirable)What Titan can offer: Regular Pay Reviews and Career Growth PlansPaid Training and Courses - We invest in YOU!Mental Health Support and Work-Life BalanceIf you believe that you have the necessary skills, drive, and attitude to be successful in the role, submit a current CV using the SEEK Apply button.
