5/2, 4/3 roster Residential to Karratha/Dampier Only 9 month duration About Our Client: Rio Tinto operates the worlds largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets.
These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700 kilometre rail network and related infrastructure.
Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.
About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for a position based in Karratha.
This role is offering a 5/2, 4/3 roster for a 9 month duration, this position is suitable for Karratha residential candidates only.
Key Responsibilities will include: Maintain a weekly go/no-go list for the following week and quality control the content to ensure accuracy Participate go/no-go checklist meetings with all site CD members every week Advise all stakeholders of their requirements for the current and following week including all logistics and technical matters Liaison with the stakeholders that support the delivery of the inductions and scheduled training at Dampier Training Centre Course attendance management and qualifications imparting Manage technology for welcoming the new starters and check-in process (laptops, iPad and other hardware to be ready for a smooth and efficient process) All-round logistics organisation, including Dampier Training Centre house keeping, classroom readiness, room booking and catering related matters.
Stock management - backpacks, snacks, induction booklets, pamphlets; IVMS key and gate cards, Kitchen supplies.
Issue and distribute all items required for the new starters Invoice and purchasing management for all relevant charges related to the inductions and stock ordering.
Respond to queries relating to new starters, course participants and facility management Skills & Experience Required: Excellent customer service skills and professional approach Efficiency and highly competent with office technology (including MS suites and systems) Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-pace and demanding environment within a strict timeframe Effectively engaging and communicating with internal and external stakeholder groups C Class drivers licence About WorkPac WorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
