Onboarding Consultants

As we continue to welcome new clients into the newbook family, the need to bring on passionate and dedicated team members grows. We are currently seeking new team members to assist with onboarding our new clients onto our platform and services.
Activities include:
Partner with clients during their setup, transitional period and after live periodProgram management of the onboarding process, ensuring clients are meeting milestones and internal teams are resourced and preparedGather business requirements and apply detailed working knowledge of Newbook and its features to support the client's businessData entry of complex client dataTriaging client requests and applying detailed working knowledge of NewBook and its features to support the client's businessBecome a bit of an expert in our product, and help train others when neededAssist cross-functional teams with product support as required.About you…
