Onboarding and Maintenance AssociateCMC are hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for an Onboarding & Maintenance Associate to join our New Business team, based in our Chatswood, Sydney office. This is an entry level role which could be suited to those looking for a graduate position in financial services or operations.Please note that we operate onsite working and would require you to come into our Chatswood office 5 days per week (once fully trained, there will be the option to work from our Barangaroo office 1-2 days per week).Please note that this role is only open to Sydney based candidates with full, permanent working rights (Citizen/Permanent Resident).CMC Markets is a global leader in CFD trading and share investing. Over 1.2 million clients make 67 million trades with us every year, and we're still growing.The APAC Operations team are responsible for the end-to-end operational functions covering the APAC Invest & CFD businesses, with staff based in Sydney & Singapore. The APAC Onboarding & Maintenance team has the responsibility for the processing and continual transformation of customer onboarding & maintenance, compliance program implementation, KYC and AML, periodic partner and regulatory reporting amongst other duties.Role:Responsible for timely and accurate processing of non STP new accounts and account maintenance for the CMC Invest businesses. Ensuring that every account is compliant with CMC's Onboarding and AML/KYC policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Has ownership for the new client account opening process, including reviewing non STP applications to ensure all aspects are completed and accurate.Has ownership for ensuring all account documentation meets regulatory requirements.
