Your New Role The Onboarding and Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and efficient credentialling and concierge services to our medical services candidates with a high level of customer service.
This a great opportunity for a seasoned administrator to move into a high performing and growing team. The Onboarding and Credentialing team have been newly refreshed as a hybrid work team, and for the newest team member this is an opportunity to help establish the expansion of this well respected and celebrated team within the organisation. 
With a consultative approach you will ensure executional excellence to align to the needs of the wider recruitment business. 
Reporting to the Onboarding and Credentialing Team Leader, you will be responsible for: 
Working closely with a team of experienced recruitment consultants, providing high level support to our clients and candidates (Doctors).Fully understand the compliance requirements for a client and provide a personal and professional service to all candidates (Doctors).Maintain regular contact with candidates and conduct regular checks on all candidate compliance documentation.Delegate responsibilities to the offshore Onboarding and Credentialing Administrators and ensure the accuracy and consistency of their work. Liaise with appropriate providers to facilitate external compliance checks and requirements.Contractor management and coordination: organise travel requirements for the candidate ahead of their locum assignment including flights, car hire and accommodation.Create, update, and maintain all associated records in the CRM & data entry. Ensuring requests are adhered to in a timely and effective manner.Assist the team with any ad-hoc project work or other tasks as directed.Support with regular reporting against operation objectives. What you will need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need:
Strong communication skills and excellent listenerStrong relationship building skills and demonstrated experienceDemonstrated experience within a fast moving, forward thinking and customer-led organisationAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities PC literate – Excel, Word, Outlook, Outlook Diary Management.A relevant undergraduate business degree or experience in the healthcare or recruitment industries will be desirable.  What you will get in return  Once you step in, there's no telling where your career might take you.
