Join the Alstom team Lead major works for all onboard testing on site Opportunity to deliver Australia's largest rail project out of WA 12 month max term position on 8+6 days 7+7 nights FIFO roster This position is offered on a 12 month max term contract on a 8&6 day 7&7 night FIFO roster from Perth – Port Headland, Projects will include: BHP track renewal . Supporting the planning development, execution and successful delivery of site based testing activities, take direct responsibility performing on-board AOS testing and commissioning activities as directed by the Onboard Test & Commissioning Manager ensuring readiness to perform and complete the works in accordance with the approved schedule, within the budget and quality expectations and requirements. Oversee the Testing and Commissioning activities during the RMV testing while reporting to the Onboard Test & Commissioning Manager
Key Responsibilities Leading the execution of all onboard activities including software update, static and dynamic commissioning. Proactively follow up all incidents with appropriate investigation, and implement improvement action plans Identifying the appropriate safe working arrangements are in place to manage the handover to the client and ensure the process has been followed compliantly. Manage and monitor Onboard Test & Commissioning activities during RMV Serial roll out. Identify all safe working requirements necessary to perform the works and develop a comprehensive plan identifying individual and specific arrangements for each and every site-based activity. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or Electrical Demonstrated experience in onboard commissiong T&C or V&V activities for signalling projects Must hold an open driving licence Supervision management, railway industry Working experience in testing and commissioning Individuals MUST be willing to work on a 1 week on – 1 week off roster Apply Now: Click and submit your application by 14 June 2024 with shortlisting and engagement to commence upon application.
