Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Support MineStar Command and optimising system availability. Through close collaboration internally and externally, you will become a trusted advisor for the customer. Providing technical support to MineStar Command System on-board maintenance Supervisors and Technicians. Identify field issues, troubleshoot, and then track progress. Analyse data relating to Autonomous and base machine faults, including regular evaluation of the data accuracy and integrity of the system. Work with the Product Support teams to provide input and develop a plan for system enhancements and upgrades. Report on the working status of hardware and software of the Autonomous system to Product Support. Maintain safe performance of the system. Mentor and support team members. Manual Driver's license or willing to obtain one. Ability to meet the ongoing COVID vaccination mandate requirements of our major mining customers and regional governments in Australia and Internationally. Top Candidates Will Also Have: Surface mining experience. Mining equipment maintenance experience. Thorough understanding of mechanical and/or electrical surface mining trucks. Tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or prior experience developing or testing on-board machine control systems or off-board mine control systems. Sound knowledge of off-board communications and experience with radios and networks. Ability to integrate and maintain a complex electronic system on a machine utilizing schematic models. On-board experience with MineStar is highly desirable. Familiar and comfortable with Shift and FIFO/DIDO Roster schedules. What's in it for you?
