Your contributions Deliver exceptional customer service and support for end-user computing (EUC) incidents and issues. Address challenges proactively to minimize downtime and improve user experience. Handle IT incidents, service requests, and tasks using OTR Group ITSM tools. Participate in resolving major P1/P2 incidents/outages as needed. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to business standards before escalating. Manage network access provisioning, including user onboarding and offboarding, in line with policies. Maintain the standard operating environment (SOE) using tools like Active Directory, Entra ID, SCCM, Intune, and M365. Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and training materials. Manage change requests and ensure escalations align with SLAs. Communicate technical issues clearly, adapting to the audience. Monitor and report on issue trends, recommending solutions as needed. Handle warranty claims with vendors and manage AV systems for optimal uptime. What we are looking for 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer, EUC Engineer, SOE Engineer, or Modern Workplace Engineer in a dynamic enterprise environment. Proficiency with MS Intune, M365, and SCCM. Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Strong knowledge of Active Directory. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Familiarity with enterprise security practices and compliance standards.
