Currently listed on the ASX, this is an opportunity for a talented Property Manager to join their Residential Department that provides expert Property Management services to a top-tier development in the Inner West. Working amongst a fantastic team headed up by a supportive Director, this is a streamlined division recognized as local area experts.
The Role:
Managing a neat and tidy mixed portfolio of apartments and townhouses, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to focus on managing a new development! This is a portfolio with minimal maintenance required. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Managing approximately 200 Properties Liaising with Landlords/owners Manage repairs and maintenance issues Rental arrears management Managing rent increases Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Prepare claims for rental bonds The Candidate: A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License 1-3 years experience as a property manager in Real Estate Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills An Excellent Working Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act A Positive Attitude & Professional Presentation The Benefits: Top salary + commission structure TOP TIER DEVELOPER!
