On Site Manager

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management of staff, and caretaking of a residential apartment complex located on the Northern Gold Coast.Responsibilities:Knowledge of property management and letting of permanent units.Supervision of cleaners and ensure that building/caretakers' duties are attended to.Supervision of contractors.On call for after-hours emergencies.Minor repairs and maintenance.Pool cleaning and maintenance.Liaise and maintain a healthy working relationship with Body Corporate committee, owners, residents, and relevant stakeholders.Prepare Building Manager's reports and attend Body Corporate meetings as directed.Skills and Experience Preferred:Property management.Trust account & legislation.Good at time management and organization.Thorough knowledge/experience of Strata environment.Queensland Resident Letting Agents Licence.Self-motivated.Must have ABN.Must be able to reside on-site; a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit is provided.References and police check required.Application Questions:How many years' experience do you have as a site manager?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
