That are looking for a company to grow with long term. You will collaborate directly with upper management and Project Managers to ensure the timely completion of a bespoke multi-residential projects valued at over $40 million. You will help lead teams, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently, safely, and within budget.DutiesManage subcontractors and tradesmenFacilitate small on site tasks to enhance project flowOversee on-site safety requirementsOversee structures and finishesSkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills to ensure cohesive work among tradesAbility to supervise on-site staff, including subcontractorsDemonstrated project experience with budgets over $10 millionCultureThe team is highly enthusiastic and energetic, thriving on challenging tasks.
