Summary: We are seeking qualified and experienced A Grade electricians to join our On Road Service Technician team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across various industries.
Our Technicians travel to client sites to triage, diagnose and repair equipment.
In addition, they can perform repairs, undertake maintenance, install and service systems and products on a broad range of pumping systems.
Both Electrical and Auto Electrical backgrounds are highly sought after.
We provide on-the-job training and support.
Based in Hoppers Crossing or Geelong, these are permanent full-time roles.
We actively promote ongoing development by gaining additional qualifications and licenses.
Responsibilities: Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.Ensure that all required repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory.Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues.Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.Qualifications/Requirements: A Grade Electrical LicenseTechnical degree or certification in a related field2+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong mechanical and electrical skillsAustralian Driver's LicenseWilling to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children CheckExperience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment.Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working on fire panels and systems (Highly regarded)Further Information: National Police Records check will be conducted.Successful applicant will be required to provide certified copies of academic and other qualifications.Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid permit or visa.Our approach is simple – At All Purpose Pumps, diversity is at the core of who we are, our mission, and our values.
