Proprietary developed Solutions and Platform for adviser firms to scale and leverage business efficiencies, profitability and value.
The Position As a Senior Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager, you will focus on managing and growing a portfolio of clients within the financial advice and professional services industries.
You will be the main point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for managing key client relationships, driving client acquisition, and helping develop the strategy for growth and success in the key segments.
This will allow you to tailor unique solutions for ambitious growth-minded business owners and explore new revenue streams complementary to supporting client growth strategies.
Key to your success will be your ability to understand and analyse commercial operations in a financial services practice (with particular regard to financial planning), and disseminate complex financial data, business workflows and profitability drivers.

The Person Ideal applicants will be degree qualified in a 'business' discipline with 3 years plus experience in a business development capacity to the Financial Planning sector (preferred).
You will demonstrate a proven track record in delivering results, enjoy building long standing relationships with clients and possess strong deal structuring skills.
You will also demonstrate effective planning, apply innovative thinking, relish working in a diverse and fast paced environment and want to be part of building something new.
Remuneration A highly attractive remuneration package circa $120-140k plus incentivised bonus structure will be offered to the successful applicant.
