General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Forster Tuncurry Golf Club is a dual-course member-focused golf club located in the picturesque Great Lakes area of New South Wales. Our club is renowned for providing family-friendly golfing and hospitality experiences and hosting prestigious tournaments such as the NSW Seniors and Ladies Open. We aim to be the premier golf club on the North Coast, delivering a safe, inclusive, and innovative golfing environment.

The Role We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team. Key Duties will include:

Leadership & Strategy: Execute the club's strategic plan and ensure the club's profitability and sustainability.
Operational Management: Oversee course maintenance, clubhouse operations, member services, and hospitality.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive revenue growth.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with stakeholders, members, and local authorities.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing, service-focused team.
Requirements We are seeking a candidate who:

Has proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within the club, hospitality, or recreation industry.
Demonstrates strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
Possesses exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Enjoys living and working in a vibrant regional community.
Understands regulatory requirements, including Liquor and Gaming, OH&S, and Club governance.
