The On-Call Duty Officer is responsible for the after-hours consultancy service for Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS). The after-hours On-Call Duty Officer will assess the presenting client's situation and access where available, appropriate support services for eligible clients and/or their carers.
The On Call Duty Officer is expected to exercise independent judgement and innovative problem solving skills to facilitate appropriate follow-up, care and support to clients across all LCHS programs and external stakeholders.
To be successful, you will require: Previous experience in administration and/or health related field Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, caregivers, and stakeholders during after-hours periods High-level organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities effectively A current Working with Children Check For more information please contact Penny Robins, Manager Gateway at ****** At Latrobe Community Health Service we want to help you get back to what matters.
