Role Responsibilities: Responsible for driving the ecommerce business across our key categories (Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing, Home Care & Nutrition) with a focus on driving profit and growing market share.Reporting & analysis of eCommerce financials and key KPI's.Step change our customer engagements through building a strategic partnership with key customers & supporting key account teams to build ecommerce specific JBPs.Support & drive our Omnichannel retailers with delivery of activities across online platforms with a focus on Woolworths and Coles.Track Ecommerce activation excellence versus predefined goals.Lead the Design for Channel for eCommerce based on channel insights – i.e. deep analytics to determine the optimised product range/online promotional plan by retailer and work with Business units to deliver this.Ensure our products are showing up in the best way online meeting our Perfect Store Online guidelines.Track and report on digital campaign effectiveness and action optimizations, ensuring benchmarks are reached.Collaborate with the internal category team to develop online promotional strategies.Measure and analyse promotional activity, using insights and learnings to optimize future plans.Develop and drive integrated relationships with the internal brand teams, category teams and customer teams to embed omnichannel strategies.Educate internal stakeholders on eCommerce initiatives and build capability in this area.Drive the Test & Learn agenda to identify new opportunities, ensuring clear goals are set against key activities & knowledge share.What you will need to succeed Experiences & Qualifications 3+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional.Preferably have a commercial/category background and have worked with external partners/customers/agencies.Skills Operational knowledge of the eCommerce and/or Digital media channel.Commercially astute and knows how to creatively plan which digital levers to pull to drive growth & commercial outcomes.Strong ability to influence and work through others to deliver best in class results.Strong business & analytical acumen.Strong track record of sustained delivery, execution & building capability/talent.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong prioritisation and organisation skills.A passion for the rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape.Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
