Job Overview The Operations Supervisor vacancy at the Wandown Orchard offers suitably qualified candidates an outstanding opportunity.
Responsibilities Monitor and adjust sheer rollers to achieve the desired specifications. Develop and enforce GMP and provide documentation. Coordinate the Quality activities related to Quality Assurance and Food Safety. Manage the overall aspects of a farm to produce almonds at the lowest production cost. Operate and maintain colour sorting machines to ensure effective removal of defects. Support the Orchard Manager in ensuring the orchard and harvest equipment is available at all times. Establish and supervise the machinery maintenance programs and procedures. Application We seek applications from internal and external candidates for the role of Irrigation Leading Hand.
