Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment) This role involves the successful development, implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures within a blue and white environment.
The OHS Policy & Procedure Specialist will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture within the organisation based in Frankston.

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering two days work from home.
Description Create efficiencies in OHS policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements.Re-write policy with specific compliance to ISO45001 and ISO45003 requirements.Partner with subject matter experts to ensure OHS policies are written correctly.Engage with senior level stakeholders to implement correct policy.Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.Monitor and ensure all employees understand correct OHS requirements in all business areas.Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues.Profile A successful OHS Policy & Procedure Specialist should have:
A degree in health and safety, environmental science, engineering or relevant field.Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO45003.Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.Job Offer Excellent salary of $114,000 plus superannuation.Opportunity to work in a company that values safety and employee well-being.3 days in office and 2 work from home.Chance to contribute to creating a safer work environment.If you have a passion for OHS and are looking to make a real difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Frankston.
