Job Description Create efficiencies in OHS policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements.Re-write policy with specific compliance to ISO45001 and ISO45003 requirements.Partner with subject matter experts to ensure OHS policies are written correctly. Engage with senior level stakeholders to implement correct policy.Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.Monitor and ensure all employees understand correct OHS requirements in all business areas. Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues. The Successful Applicant A successful OHS Policy & Procedure Specialist should have:
A degree in health and safety, environmental science, engineering or relevant field.Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO45003Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
