DescriptionThe RoleAlba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, the OHS Coordinator is responsible for co-ordinating and establishing the engagement of safety, health, and wellbeing activities at Alba Thermal Springs and Spa. The role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a positive safety culture, and implementing effective risk management strategies. This position plays a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for both staff and guests.This is a permanent part-time position (2 days per week).About YouYou have knowledge of the Work, Health and Safety Act and regulations (essential)You have experience in general health and safety, policies and practices including familiarity with current legislation and experience in Risk Management and understanding of risk management systemsYou have demonstrated experience in internal and external auditing processesYou are computer literate and possess strong attention to detail and accuracyYou have excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skillsYou have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleYou have a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety or related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experienceYou have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)Why work with usWe believe that our staff are the driving force behind our success.
