This role has flexibility to be based in Brisbane (Lytton) or Perth (Hope Valley) offices.

Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver health and safety plans that tackle risks head-on.Inspiring Leadership: Provide expert advice and hands-on guidance to teams and leaders.Auditing & Risk Management: Lead audits, investigate incidents, and implement improvements.Compliance & Systems: Stay ahead of regulations and manage safety systems across all sites.Health & Wellness: Partner with external services to promote employee wellbeing.What You'll Bring: Solid OH&S experience, with a track record of managing risks and driving safety improvements.Bachelor's degree in applied science or a related field.Strong knowledge of Australian safety regulations and experience with regulators.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Sharp analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends.Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate.Ready to lead the way in OH&S?
