Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.Key responsibilities include:Assuring the technical competence of Production Technicians; for both INPEX and Contractor Work Force (CWF).Providing support to the Operations Leadership group to ensure their respective teams are competent to safely and reliably operate the equipment on the facility.Conducting technical training & assessment, managing competency records, mentoring shift personnel, and providing input to the development of new and existing training and assessment material.Managing the Assessment administration and record keeping requirements.Participating in internal training and assessment auditing across all facilities.Successful candidates will:Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Assessor Skill Set.Have experience in Offshore Production, including but not limited to hydrocarbon processing, utilities, plant & equipment within all areas of the operating facility.Have experience working in Production on INPEX offshore facilities, ideally involved in assessing and/or coaching.Have experience in individual and group theoretical/practical training.Have experience in gathering the required evidence during theoretical/practical assessments to prove competence.This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.Closing date for applications is 11.12.2024.INPEX reserves the right to close applications early should a suitable pool of candidates be identified.
