The Officer Fleet and Logistics position provides technical administrative support to the Coordinator Fleet and Logistics and general administration across the Fleet and Logistics Department.
Essential Knowledge & Skills: Experience in correspondence management, agenda preparation, controlling a diary, account reconciliation and file management.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel is required.
Excellent time management and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, team building and oral/written communication skills.
Strong analytical and computer skills Queensland 'C' Class driver's license.
Construction Industry White/Blue card Essential Requirements: Provide technical administrative support to Coordinator Fleet and Logistics Provide general administration support across the Fleet and Logistics Department Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally Assist with meeting agenda preparation and minute taking.
Issue fuel cards and maintain fuel card registers and associated data Manage Infringement notices Coordinate Insurance claims and repairs Coordinate Fleet with Plant registrations and cancellations Assist in transporting of vehicles for repairs Advise Coordinator Fleet and Logistics of COI notices and inspections Generate tasks and purchase requisitions for the department using councils finance system.
Drafting, monitoring and reviewing of fleet data and registers Ensure records are maintained in relevant Document Management Software Undertake other duties as reasonably directed within the limits of the employee's skills, competence and training.
