As a member of the Wholesale team, you will serve as the main point of contact for our distributors, managing their orders and related inquiries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with potential opportunity for extension or permanency, working within a fun, vibrant and inclusive team.
Your role will involve: Accurately process high-value wholesale orders primarily received via emailConfidently and respectfully respond to wholesale order enquiries via email and occasionally via phone, in a timely mannerDevelop an in-depth knowledge of The Perth Mint products to provide customers with accurate and detailed informationMonitor order progress by ensuring payments are received, orders dispatched within appropriate timeframes, tracking shipments, processing returns and refunds, and collaborating with internal teamsAssist with overseas warehouse metal reconciliation reporting and engage with internal and external stakeholdersSupport shipping replenishment processes by coordinating with internal teamsHandle and record customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experienceEnsure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at workExperience: Strong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail ensuring accuracyA customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing high-quality service and building strong relationshipsA proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle and resolve issues independentlyExperience in customer service – B2B or wholesale environment is desirable, but not requiredProficient computer skills are necessaryA collaborative team player, open to feedback and committed to continuous improvementPossess a smartphone for the purpose of business system authentication and security protocolsIt's easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don't see yourself as the perfect fit.
