About the role Collaborating with other member and volunteer staff, the Officer – Community Mobilisation works locally, territory-wide, and nationally to build organisational capability to innovate, attract, engage and retain volunteers and members. This role will play a critical role in ensuring our relationships and communications both externally and internally are relevant, strong, and mutually beneficial.
This role is supported by the Senior Manager to ensure representation of the volunteer and members voice is captured and promoted within the organisation. In addition, the role is responsible for supporting volunteers and members along with delivering innovative ways to improve their experiences.
