ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: This position provides front line sales and customer service, including customer liaison and reception duties.
Responds and supports client and the community in their journey of Interrelate services, including facilitating effective referrals Undertake initial assessment of client needs Make client appointments and confirm bookings Undertake receptionist, administrative and accounts duties Maintain a client database using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with high attention to detail Accounts duties and reporting - maintaining assets register, process banking, accounts, purchasing and updating client databases.
Provide secretarial support to the team in consultation with the Line Manager The successful applicant will have previous experience in a frontline administrative role, along with strong capabilities in communication, time management, attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential personal and sensitive subject matter.
Experience in the use of a client relationship management software system, such as Microsoft CRM, will be highly regarded.
This is a Fixed term contract, commencing January 2025 until 30 June 2026, working 7.5hrs every Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The role will be based in our Taree office with occasional travel to work from Port Macquarie to provide relief when required.
You will be paid an hourly rate of $37.68 per hour + 11.5% superannuation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a front-line office administration role in a community organisation or other client service environment with a strong client focus.
