About the role Saraji has an exciting opportunity for an Officer Administration Support within our Production team!
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader production team:
Ordering supplies and raising purchase requisitions including equipment hireAssigning unassigned workers to the correct responsible person in Right CrowdBooking flights and accommodation including camp requestsManaging accommodation wastageAMEX card reconciliationsUpdating Manager plan on a page each month with the department's results from the previous monthRaising HR requests when requiredData entry, managing crew lists and running reports in CorvusRegular usage in Microsoft Office apps e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, WordAbout YouThe successful candidate will have the following skills:
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksPositive communication skillsEffective time management and ability to meet deadlinesProblem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutionsPrevious experience in mining is recommendedSupporting a diverse workforceAt BHP, we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity.
