We provide culturally appropriate, free legal support, community education programs, and advocacy to ensure that vulnerable individuals receive the help they need.The OpportunityWe are seeking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander office support professional to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to our legal and management teams. Key responsibilities include managing data entry, handling client records, coordinating schedules, and supporting general office functions to ensure efficiency and organisation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing vital behind-the-scenes support to help our team deliver critical services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.About YouYou are an experienced administrative professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong proficiency in Excel and data management. Friendly and approachable, you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking with clients regularly.
