ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and organizing filesSchedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff membersAssist with the preparation and distribution of documents, presentations, and reportsMaintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other office systemsMonitor and order office supplies and equipment when neededAssist in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation and preparing necessary paperworkHandle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretionCollaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve productivityAssist with event planning and logistics for company meetings and eventsAssist with ad hoc projects as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plusProven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in workAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
