Our versatile team delivers a wide range of support to our clients to achieve their goals through expert guidance and hands-on assistance. We are currently looking for an Office Support professional to assist with administrative tasks and contribute to our growing, energetic team.Core TasksInformation Management:Organise and maintain both digital and physical records.Maintain records and transcribe information onto computers.Proofread and correct documents to ensure accuracy.Document And Correspondence Handling:Sort, open, and send mail.Photocopy and scan documents as needed.Prepare routine reports, summaries, or updates.Reception And Customer Service:Answer phones and record messages.Act as the first point of contact, providing customers with information about services.Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries to the proper channel.Inventory And Resource Tracking:Record the issuance of office equipment or supplies to staff.Maintain simple inventory records.Additional Office Support Responsibilities - Light Accounts Support:Assist with processing and organising invoices (without handling complex reconciliations or approvals).Perform basic data entry for financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and organisation within financial records.Additional Tasks (Occasional Or As-Needed):Assist with meeting arrangements or preparing meeting spaces.Help with basic office organisation, such as maintaining shared areas or coordinating with suppliers.Support minor office projects or events by preparing materials or setting up equipment.Essential Selection Criteria:Working knowledge of Google Suite.Strong prioritisation skills across multiple tasks.Ability to manage challenging interactions with professionalism.Excellent reading and listening comprehension.Preferred:Working knowledge of MYOB.Familiarity with using online Kanban applications.Application Instructions:To apply, please submit:A cover letter expressing your interest.A statement (up to 600 words) addressing the selection criteria.Your CV/resume.Complete applications must be submitted online through this job site platform.
