The Role
Our Central Coast office opened in 2003. Since starting, we have grown to an office with 21 staff members with a strong external reputation for client services and engineering excellence, and a strong internal passion for providing our team members with a fun and fulfilling career.

You will be responsible for reception duties, maintain office operations such as stationary and catering as well as office engagement for our staff. You will work with other Business Support staff across other regions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management. 

You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Central Coast Leader.

This role is open to those seeking part time opportunities as well as full time opportunities.

Day to day responsibilities include: Email Management, maintaining the Central Coast Admin inbox.Reception duties: Greeting clients/visitors, organising stationary and cateringMaintaining office appearance.Assisting with travel arrangements.Assisting with timesheets and expenses.Onboarding and offboarding of staff.Office engagement, development and empowerment: Assisting with technical training and internal staff focused events.Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
