Location: Virginia, Adelaide Type: Casual, with potential extension Schedule: Fulltime, Monday – Friday, with Saturday work as needed Rates: $30-$31 p/h Key Responsibilities: Process and generate purchase orders through SAP Manage inventory tracking and documentation Handle daily office administration and data entry Operate forklift for loading/unloading when needed Support warehouse operations as needed Required Skills & Experience: Proven SAP experience with purchase order generation Current forklift license Strong administrative and computer skills Experience in office support roles Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Highly Regarded: Previous experience in combined office/warehouse roles Inventory management experience Strong communication skills Problem-solving ability Benefits: Join a reputable national company Immediate start available Full-time hours – Monday to Friday, with Saturday work Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities About the Role: This position splits your time between office administration (80%) and forklift operations (20%), offering a perfect balance of desk work and active duties.
