Brisbane CBD based Chartered Accountants Office is seeking a motivated and reliable administration assistant to join our office to assist our accounting teams. The position will be on a full time ongoing basis.  
Duties will be varied and include: Data entry and maintenance of client databasesElectronic Filing & ScanningGeneral Accounting Administration Support Data entry to accounting and superannuation softwareReception Relief Other duties typical to an administration roleRequirements for the role include: Previous experience in providing accounting administration support as well as a knowledge of BGL, MYOB, XERO and Microsoft Office Packages would be highly regarded.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationA positive and proactive attitudeA willingness to learn accounting admin dutiesThe ideal candidate could be someone looking to re-enter the workforce, someone who has partly completed their accounting degree and wishes to enter the workforce while continuing to study part time, or someone with an interest in accounting. 
The ability to work well in a team environment and good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
