We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and reliable Studio / Office Manager to join our talented & collaborative team in our Alexandria Studio, centrally located next to the South Eveleigh precinct.

The Studio / Office Manager is key to the creation of a great workplace, by acting as the central point between all teams; building strong relationships and supporting their unique needs, fostering an environment of collaboration.

Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, this dual role facilitates Office Management by ensuring our workspace is functional, enjoyable and reflective of our style.
You'll also act as Studio Manager, supporting our Post Production team through the resourcing of our projects, as well as maintaining our tech requirements & hard drive administration. This role is the perfect stepping stone into the film and advertising industry, and success in it can lead to many different career pathways, including producing, directing, account management, or post-supervision. What You'll Do: Office Management : This role manages all aspects of the office environment, ensuring a smooth-running and welcoming space for employees and guests, while also providing administrative and operational support to the CEO and various teams.
Essentially, this person is the "go-to" problem-solver and organiser who keeps the office humming and ensures a positive and productive work environment.
People & Culture Assistance : Assist the People & Culture Lead with their initiatives & administration such as training and travel bookings, as well as managing our calendar of social events and celebrations.
Contribute to the ideation of initiatives & events that support to the overall culture of Entropico.
Traffic Management & Resourcing : Support the Resourcing function by coordinating with Producers, Post-Producers, and EPs to book and schedule Post-Pro team members.
You'll maintain our booking systems and assist with the administrative and organisational tasks associated with resourcing.
You'll be a key member in maintaining our relationships with contractors, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding and experience with us. Data Management : Support our CTO with data management activities and archival processes across all of Entropico's storage systems, ensuring data is organised, accessible and securely archived in a timely manner.
?????????????? About You: ESSENTIAL: Driver's License (of any class).
Owning a car is desired, but not essential.
Background Experience could be from various industries; 1-2 years experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or FOH Assistant On-set Film Production experience at a junior level i.e.
Runner / Production Assistant / Set Design Assistant etc. Post Producer / Traffic Manager Experience working in a creative studio digital agency, production house or other relevant experience Exceptional communication skills, including professional written communication and well-spoken verbal communication Problem-solving mindset and independent troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated use of initiative; the type of person who fixes something before anyone notices it needs fixing.
Appears neat and presentable Ability to work independently and in a team Ability to follow directions accurately & take directions from staff with a can-do & will-do attitude Able to prioritise tasks independently, multi-tasking when needed Hard-working, dedicated attitude Interest in Film, Design, Music and Culture is highly regarded Why Work With Us?
