An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Specialist to join a reputable, award-winning NFP organisation based in Richmond! You'll be working in a well-established organisation with over 10,000 employees who share a common goal and passion for supporting the wider community.
The Role
This varied role incorporates a bit of everything! From office coordination to property and site administration…your days will fly! You will be the go-to person for facility related queries for the head office as well as several sites, working closely and building relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide administration support to the office, Site Manager, and other stakeholdersManage the allocation of workspaces and systems within the officeLiaise with IT staff with system issuesReport on staff movements and floor plansAssist with relocations and office closuresCoordinate on-boarding of new startersFleet managementManage new tenants and leases for property sitesSupervise cleaning and maintenance contractorsManage security system, car park and key registerOversee and administer the compliance programReception coverage on a Friday Are you the ideal candidate? Proven experience in an Administration/Fleet/Office Coordinator roleExperience in property and/or managing workspaces would be highly desirable but not essentialPolished presentation with excellent communication skillsGood numeracy and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsEnthusiastic and a 'can-do' attitudeFlexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
