We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Services Manager to join our vibrant Sydney office. This role will commence in September 2024 for approximately 12 months. In this important role, you'll work closely with our local leadership team to keep our office professional, efficient, and welcoming.
The Opportunity This Sydney based influential role is truly diverse and perfect for someone who is ready to harness this exciting opportunity by making it their own and take the next step in their administration management career. This role will be full time on-site based in our central Sydney office.
Reporting to the State Manager, the Sydney Office Services Manager will oversee and manage the office services function in the Sydney Office, including facility management, event management and provide administration support to our Regional Manager Sydney and at times, provide support to the wider regional leadership team.
Your day-to-day will involve providing service to both internal and external clients, and you'll be the go-to person for coordinating with suppliers and providers on building management matters as directed by the NSW & ACT State Manager. You'll also manage a variety of administrative functions, including reception/front of house, mail and couriers, onboarding activities, facilities maintenance, meetings and catering, and corporate HSE activities.  
About You To be successful in the role, you will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills and a 'can-do attitude'. You will enjoy problem solving and be highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. The ability to build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships is also highly important to be successful in the role.
Most of all you will need to enjoy working in a team environment along with a good sense of humor and a collaborative attitude with a genuine desire to help out is also essential to your success.
