This role is about your ability to engage with the whole office, learn new tasks, and work as part of a team.
The Brisbane office culture is described as fun, friendly, and professional. The Office Services team works extremely well together to ensure the office runs smoothly and a high level of customer service is provided to our teams.
The Role
Ensuring exceptional staff and client experience
Assisting with meeting room and function/event set up and pack up
Attending to external rounds involving the lodgement of documents at various Court and Government Departments
Assisting with new starter onboarding
Closing and archiving legal files
Maintaining kitchen and stationary stock levels
Invoice reconciliation
Relief reception and telephone duties
Relief administrative duties for lawyers
Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
We provide excellent on-the-job training for all duties involved in your role with us. To get you off to a successful start, you will need to demonstrate:
Previous experience in a customer service/office environment
A positive and pro-active 'can do' attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to take initiative, with a process improvement mindset
Sound technological skills including MS Office suite and other office systems/equipment
