We are seeking a motivated, innovative Office & Senior Accounts Manager to join our team at our Allansford office.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and Managing Director, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing office administration, managing data and reporting using Microsoft Excel, handling financial tasks within Xero, and providing general support to various internal functions.
You will be encouraged to contribute fresh ideas to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills and lead initiatives that push for better ways of working.
To succeed in this role, you should bring strong organisational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have experience in office administration.
Ideally, you'll have financial accounting experience, with Xero knowledge being highly desirable.
Experience with payroll and cash flow management would be advantageous.
You should be a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Your ability to think outside the box and drive change will be key to your success at Wheelie Waste.
This is a full-time role with a salary that is negotiable based on experience.
