We are looking to appoint Temporary Sales Casuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and driven individual to join our student enrolment drive from October 2024 to March 2025. 3-5 days per week at 7.6 hours per day. $30 - $35 p/h. Coburg location.

What the role includes: Phone sales calls to interested, prospective customers. No 'cold calls'.Student and customer service over the phone.Execute lead generation including but not limited to responding to daily enquiries, database maintenance, follow-ups, personalised emails, and client nurturing processes.Taking bookings over the phone for Stage School events, including Auditions and Trial Classes.Assist the Marketing Coordinator with managing the auditions and trial bookings process, including but not limited to, monitoring, and adjusting of bookings, sending reminders, and following up non-attendance.Assist the weekly sending of marketing material.Successful Applicants will have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Enthusiastic and motivated approach, with a strong capacity to show initiative and be proactive.Experience working in administration or sales highly regarded but not essential.Ability to work towards achieving both team and personal weekly targets. A professional outlook and strong work ethic.Availability to work across the entire length of the contract.Please note that while the role is casual, there may be instances where leave requests need to be approved in advance to ensure operational needs are met throughout the contract period.Shifts will be available from October 2024 to March 2025, with a closed period from December 20th to January 6th.
