Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Champagne Recruitment is in search of an Office Project Manager renowned for their meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-orientated mindset.
At the forefront of commercial curation, our client specializes in furniture, art, electrical, and more.
As their new Office Project Manager, with extensive experience in AroFlo, you describe yourself as a problem solver with the ability to spearhead project administration tasks from budget approval to procurement and supply chain management.
Your role will entail the crucial responsibility of ensuring that products are efficiently sourced with budgetary constraints and delivered promptly.
You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, technical experts, and colleagues across Australia.
With your innovative thinking and proactive approach, you'll ensure projects are executed promptly and precisely.
This customer-facing position demands exceptional communication skills, as you'll engage with clients and suppliers alike to guarantee seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and project budget management.Set up and maintain Projects and Jobs in the Job Management System.Ability to handle a diverse and at times complex number of projects simultaneously.Identify and implement best logistical solutions for delivery of products.Purchase Order process from ordering, delivery times, and receipt of goods.Supplier invoice process and entering.Source alternate and replacement stock.Produce delivery schedules and liaise with clients.Produce installation schedules with installation teams.Bookkeeping tasks related to purchase orders, client invoices, and expenses to reconcile using XERO.Travel process - invoice reconciliation, booking flights, accommodation, car hire, and any other required tasks.Warranty and repair management.General administration tasks to support the leadership team.Requirements: Essential ability to enter data accurately.Experience with cost management and reporting.Must be able to operate autonomously.Exemplary communication skills with emphasis on negotiation and presentation skills.Proven commitment to continuous improvement.Essential experience using AroFlo Software.Essential advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Essential competent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.Essential that you have a valid Australian Driver's Licence.How to Apply: Please submit a Cover Letter and CV in WORD Format only.
