We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and people-centric individual to join us in this recently rescoped position of, Office & Projects Administrator based in North Melbourne, Victoria.

Reporting to the Client Services & Operations Manager – VIC, SA & TAS, this recently rescoped full-time permanent role, will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our Victoria office and projects space and will primarily be responsible for a variety of generalist administrative tasks, office management duties and project coordination.

How would you contribute to our success?
Ensuring that projects run smoothly particularly in the areas of project revenue administration and communications (amongst others).Providing efficient office operations and to provide effective administrative support as relevant.Representing our brand as the first point of contact for all phone calls, visitors and clients.Developing trusting relationships with all stakeholders – internally and externallyEffectively assisting with asset tracking and managementCoordinating and facilitating office social events and catering requirements.Effective stock and cost management of office resources.What will make your application stand out?
A proven track record in roles where planning, organising and coordinating functions were major responsibilities.Proven experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Your positive and proactive attitude.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Experience coordinating or administering projects within a construction, electronics, telecommunications or IT environmentFamiliarity with project management software and tools is a plus.eg. CAD / Revit / BIMExposure to Aconex and SAP Understanding Project financial reportsUnderstanding PMBoK principlesAbility to build and manage strong relationships with various stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhat can you expect in return?
